Stepped on Samsung Galaxy Tablet

It's a 10.1 the screen is going black with lines in it and its distorted . Is it an internal problem or the screen . Will a screen reparation suffice?

You won't know till you try, if it seems to get power, try the screen first.

if the screen is bleeding then you need a new lcd screen plus you'll probably need a new touch screen being that was the 1st thing that got stepped on. had to replace a customer's asus tablet lcd screen as it was cracked but not the touch screen as it was ok.
