I given in service center they removed hard disk from my laptop. They were telling hard disk is not their.

You mean they physically took it out and not giving back to you? It not missing they have(had) it

What do you mean by "they think that I stole the camera canon?" You're going to have to be a lot more specific in this story - as it is, your explanation is extremely confusing. I'm not sure why Dell would think you stole their Canon camera, if this is what you mean (it's very unclear).
