Stop Hibernating state

Solution

Is it plugged into the wall? Hold in the power button for about 15 seconds, then turn it back on again. If you see a message to restore system from hibernation file or start clean, select start clean.
It should be going to Hibernate when it runs out of battery power. You can change the options for that in the power settings.

Are you maybe not explaining what is happening properly? A lot of people say "hibernate" or "safe mode" when the issue is something else. What exactly is happening with the system?

Hibernate writes the contents of ram to the storage device before entering the sleep state.
It is a protection of the ram contents in case of a power failure or shut down.
Hibernate takes time to write to the hiberfile.
You can disable hibernation in control panel/ power options / advanced settings.
I disable it, primarily for the speed because I do not ever need the contents of ram when I am done.
