storage space full

i had downloaded a game and after deleting the game my space is still the same what should i do now??

first you can use a program like WinDirStat to see where all this space is used.

Then depends on that, you can delete this file/files.

Have you emptied the recycle bin? If you haven't, you can try that.
I guess you can use the tool that neptunus suggested as well.
