STRONG bass speakers for PC

Hey im looking fore a set of speakers for my PC, I am an extreme bass junkie and want something with a LOT of STRONG bass i would like it to be a 2.1 system and preferably no more than 70 dollars and the treble and highs should also not be distorted. I dont want it to sound perfect but not crappy quality as well. though the main point of the speakers is to make my whole room fall apart. also i would prefer it if it had a volume and bass knob but if it doesn't it doesn't really matter.
I live in South Africa so its fine if you give me prices in dollars but make sure it isnt discontinued or hard to get because in South Africa its hard to get all of the things that are in america. I have the Logitech Z623 2.1 Speaker set and I love them! I am not an audiophile or anything, but for a normal person they are great. It has an adjustable bass knob too. I think the Z623s are great budget speakers, they are at around $100 on Amazon, but I'm sure you can get them cheaper on eBay.

you're not going to get earth shattering bass or supreme clarity for $70.

if all you're looking for is something "good enough" then logitech's z323, z623 tend to be a bit boomy and arent terrible on quality. they wont compare to hifi speakers of course but for cheap pc speakers they arent bad.

BUY powered studio monitors, such as: Alesis, JBL, etc...
What you WANT is professional powered studio monitors, not some JUNK from ebay.

Thanks, someone got in contact with me and said that he has a logitech z4 2.1 speaker system and is willing to sell it to me for a good price. I don't know how good these are so could you guys please help me and do some research on them and tell me if the bass is nice and strong and the sound isn't muddy or whatever I am quite busy now im actually in Thailand and don't have my pc or ipad so I'm doing this on my phone which is why I can't do much research but that's pretty much an update of whats going on. And thank you I really appreciate the kind responses you guys have me

I have more money to spend now I have about 130 dollars or 2000 rand to spend on a speaker system maybe this can buy me some better speakers than what I was looking at. I saw these (http/www.amazon.com/Edifier-USA-S730-Multimedia-Speaker/dp/B004EOOAXQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1392765166&sr=8-1&keywords=edifier+s730d#) but they are whey out of my price range but look like they have some mighty fine bass but yeah still out of my price range so now that I have a bit more money maybe you guys could find a few more deals for me
