stuck at preparing automatic repair win 10

It would stuck at preparing automatic repair,and then stuck at dark screen.F8 F9 12,would not work,but with F2 you woud go to Bios.The techical guy who took it,said he can not take the date off the drive th disc has failed.Seen as a lot of people online have managed this problem,im wondering if this techical guy is not jumping on the conclusion a lil bit too early

if you have any external device connected to your computer, then remove it and go to bios or boot menu and boot from your hard drive on which you installed windows 10. Hope it is helpful.
