Stuck between two laptops

Wanting a laptop for ~500£ that will be able to play recent games on med-high settings if possible, stuck between these two:

Samsung 355V5C:

AMD A10 4600m Quad Core processor (2.3GHz)
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon 7670m GPU

Wondering what is the better laptop of the two for gaming?

640M is notably faster than 7670M in games

Bit over budget, I should've really said upto £500; would the Acer laptop be able to run games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive or COD: Black Ops 2?

It'll play them. How well it'll play them i cant comment on as ive never used anything with that sort of spec before.

It's an awesome card, but was wondering if that CPU is gonna seriously hinder things? Better option than the ACER?
