stuck in automatic repair loop

My laptop is stuck in automatic repair. I've tried all the buttons for safe mode that i have been told, and they dont work. Also, when going onto the HDD, when i try to click troubleshoot, my screen freezes, so therefore i cant even restore my laptop to factory settings, help please?

Its getting too hot.

Remove the covers and blow all the dust out with compressed air. Use a laptop cooler.
