Stuck in bios

My laptop stuck in bios loop. It wont enter to window. Is hard drive failure?

Therefore, it does jump into auto repair and i decided to reset the window. But I fail to do so.

I bought in 2015. It does auto repair and i press reset the system. It still wont work..

Does not sound like a "BIOS loop" if it's trying to run a Windows repair, it is leaving the BIOS and going to start Windows.

See if the system has a disk check utility in the BIOS and run that. If not, there are several utility disks that have drive checkers in them, Ultimate Boot CD is one that I usually use.

Or just try installing Windows on the system from the media, or replace the drive and do it.
