Question Stuck in samsung logo bootloop

When I turn on the laptop the samsung logo comes up and it will automatically restart again and again. Cant access bios even I put a new ssd on it, external keyboard and press the bios key million times. It's samsung NP300E5C.

Try to remove any peripherals, also remove the hard drive and see if it does the same. You can also try to swap the memory ram, put only one and swap it's place from slot1 to slot2.
