stuck on Windows boot options

I'm up dating my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 8 and I'm on the edit windows boot options but now what do I do

How are you upgrading to Windows 8, are you using an upgrade disc or USB? Normally it should be a smooth sailing when upgrading using an upgrade disc. All you need to do is insert and run in even inside Window. If you're getting an error about Edit windows boot options please do try these troubleshooting steps recommended from Microsoft support page.
