Student laptop (Max 350 euros). Stuck between two.. HELP pls

Well, I'm planning to buy a laptop for the university and I'm doubting between these two as the difference is minimal:

It depends on what you do. If this is for general tasks then the first link should be enough. If you need more processing power the go for the second one.
