Solved! Sub wofer

Solution
If you have a sub out then use the low level input. Set the frequency control on the back all the way up and the level control about half way as you will be controlling this from the surround sound processor or receiver. If you don't have a sub or preout them use the speaker level inputs from your front speaker connections, set the surround processor to large front and no subwoofer. Adjust the sub with the controls on the back.
