Subwoofer to soundbar

I have a Samsung subwoofer, and I wanted to know if I can use it with another soundbar with a subwoofer output

You should be able to use the Samsung sub if it's powered rather than passive. It will have a power cord if it is powered.
You will need to adjust it match the level of the soundbar. That might be done on the back of the subwoofer or with the sub control on the soundbar remote.
