Sudden Game Lag Laptop

My laptop is a decent gaming laptop but suddenly all of my games start to change from 60 fps into only 13 fps. I dont know what happened. HELP!

Have you recently installed new software? Try scanning your system with Malwarebytes and/or your anti-virus and see if it finds anything.

Run Task Manager in the background and check what processes are taking up the most CPU time while running the game.
