So I am currently looking for a new mobile device to take with me when I am out and about. I own a tablet and I find it useful. The bad part is I miss the keyboard in general and the functionality of a Windows environment.

I am currently looking for a laptop that's relatively small in size and weight. Anything under 13" would be preferable as they're usually light. The next is battery length. I am looking for something that'll consistently pump out 5+hrs. Finally I need an HDMI slot on the laptop.

Beyond video playback and web functionality, I don't really see myself pushing the laptop to the limit on anything. I can't see myself playing games on it, but it'd be nice to play something like the walking dead episodes on it. http://store.steampowered.com/app/207610/

I guess I have a budget constraint of up to $400. I am not against buying refurbished either.

Any suggestions on a laptop worth the money?

It doesnt have a hdmi port which you need but it has a displayport. im guessing your going to hook up the laptop to a big monitor so you can watch the walking dead on it? A displayport will do the same thing as an hdmi will in this case. All you need is a displayport to hdmi cable which can be found on amazon for $12
