Solved! Suggestion for smallish waterproof Android phone

I dropped my Samsung A3 and shattered the glass, experience from other phones make me reluctant to have it fixed. So, looking for a new:

• Not too big. 5"/150g is about enough.
• preferably water resistant
• minimum Android 8
• good (ok, none are good, let's say reasonable) battery life
• readable outdoors
• as little extra apps as possible.
• max ~€250

I use email, text messages, voice calls, calendar, camera, hotspot, browser. No social apps, very rarely games.

Any suggestions? BTW, I am in Europe

There are not many cheap phones that have good water resistance. Probably will have to look at used Pixel 2 or Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact.

If you want water resistance and bright screen you need to be looking at higher end stuff.
