Hi guys,
Quite a while ago I tried to install something that was supposedly a "free iso to usb burner2" from download.com cnet. It downloaded many adware including BubbleDock and Surftastic. I run Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit. Well, I removed them all from the control panel. But today,, when I was typing in s to the start menu one of the options was "Surftastic". Fortunately, I opened the file and it opened a command prompt window. An error appeared that it could not be opened. I also scanned it with AVG, and it said that it was safe. However, whenever I try to dl=elete "update surftatstic" it simply says it's in use. Is this because it's in the operating system? Is it safe? Can I remove it?
