Surround sound don't work

My tv has only input not output. How can I get my tv to come through my surround sound system when I only have input plugs for the cables . I'm going nuts listening to such a tinny sound!!! Please help

Route the inputs through a surround receiver first and use the TV only as a monitor. You might have to buy an additional off-the-air tuner with HDMI output to accomplish this.

It is possible to add an analog audio output to your TV if you are a bit handy. By connecting one of these

instead of the internal speakers. Not too complicated but it would void the warranty.
