Hi there,

I am currently experiencing some issues with my sound, and would appreciate some help. Since i have read up multiple threads on this, and none seem to work.

I bought a new sound system " SW-G5.1 3500" however when playing a music/movie/game, only 1 speaker works. Now i have uninstalled and installed the latest drivers, have made certain that the system is selected on 5.1 ( and when testing all the speakers work ) . I have also checked the BIOS to ensure that the sound is enabled, and the cables are color matched, so i know there shouldn't be a problem. The mother board (Below) has a built in sound card, with a program called "sound blaster X-fi Mb3" . when this is installed it says no supported audio found.

I honestly have tried everything i could to fix this and have run out of ideas, if anyone has an idea i would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

Is the player you are watching the video/movies selected at 5.1 channel? And silly question but are all the cables connected properly? Meaning tight not loose.
