surround system lg

Cant get my surround system to turn on.

The stand by light goes on but then wen i try to turn on it goes off.
I have tryed turning on and off an i have gave it a clean.

Sorry, but my crystal ball is on vacation right now. Could you help us a bit and at least mention the make and model of the system and probably what's the sound source.
