System fans is running fast some times

Hello,
My laptop fan is running very fast on every comand as it is given a load more than its capacity. what may be the cause. is it virus there?

there are typically 2 reasons laptop CPU fans spin full-throttle.
1) the laptop is starting to get clogged up with dust, weakening heat dissapation, and forcing the fan to spin faster to keep temps low. how long since you last cleaned it?
2) there's some application using a lot of processing power. does task manager show any process using an abnormal amount of CPU for extended periods of time?
