System UI content hidden

I m using samsung on7 pro..it was hacked by someone day before yesterday cause of which I lost all of my data in phone...now again it shows me a notification ''system ui content hidden'' and I lost all the apps I redownloaded
Help me out it's urgent

Can you run anything on the phone? If you can get to the settings, do a factory restore. If you can't, you will need to download a stock ROM for the phone and install it on the phone using a computer.
