So i had to download this mouse driver for this mouse i recently purchased, and the mouse driver application doesn't work, I've emailed the company and its been 3 days with still no reply the mouse is https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07969YC5C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
when you buy the mouse they make you go to this website called www.hcman.net anybody know why the application may not be working?

I have no way to know if it is a trustworthy site or full of malware.

Generally speaking, it's a cheap Chinese mouse. I wouldn't expect much. I agree with the prior comment to return it.
