Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy a large screen tablet, each of the 4 tablets I'm considering have different CPUs.
All of them are running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Can you guys help me differentiate which one is the most powerful to the least powerful ?

The CPUs are as follows:

1.60 GHz ARM710a
1.6 GHz A-Series Dual-Core A6-3650
1.6 GHz Apple A4
1 GHz Intel Celeron

I was also wondering can the OS be changed to a higher OS ?

And some of them are suppose to accept 32GB for SD storage,
is it possible to use a 64 GB or is 32 the limit ?

Apple A4 runs iOS not Android 4.2. On most tablets the OS can't be changed since it's integrated into the system's BIOS. Built in storage generally can't be changed either unless the tablet has micro SD storage, in which case then that rules out the Apple since it doesn't. The A6 and Intel celeron are laptop CPUs. I think the ARM processor powered the first and second generation Microsoft Surface tablets, but the new generation is switching over to the Intel Atom.
