Tablet messed up

I recently got a Kocaso Tablet model m1900, I wanted to try this kind out, and I had it for about 2 months and yesterday I was just looking on Facebook and then the screen went black for no reason. I've never dropped it. It's always in it's proper case and I don't overcharge it. I Turn it on and it will start up correctly and the screen works, but when it gets to the sign it with my code it goes black, and I can hear the buttons being pressed when I run my fingers along the screen. Please help I never had problems like this. Never has a screen worked only on startup and then not work when it is fully on.

I was looking for maybe a firmware update on the website, and your model number doesn't show up anywhere, even when I google it: http/www.kocaso.com/

Can you confirm your model number, because that can't be it.

It shows it on the back. In bold and everything (Model: M9100) With Android OS
