Tablet Screen Problems

ok I have a 10in RCA Pro and I'm having screen problems everytime I touch the screen it changes colors, and if you tap it just right go back to normal. I have been having this problem a few weeks now I don't understand what is happening to its not even a year old I don't want to replace it yet and it was after thanksgiving sale so I can't take it back to the store please can someone help me

Hi, you can try to reset the device to factory default. If it still doing same thing, i suggest to repair your Operating system using your tablets software on the computer. Same thing happen to my device and it is now working fine. Let me know if this step help you out. Thanks
