Tablet that frezzes at starting screen

I have a f&u tablet i tried to upgrade it from jelly bean to kit kat
it just closed and opened and its stucks in start screen. BUTTONS WONT WORK please help how can i do a hard reset

Do a web search for your tablet brand and model and look for a stock ROM to flash on it. I don't think just a reset will help you with a failed update.

It wasen't the update automatically installed i did it and i can't acces tablet via usb because it needs be enabled in the tablet.Recovery won't work with buttons
