Tablet won't rotate

My tablet won't rotate. And I have the screen lock off! I'm on home page. What to do????

I found this great app called Rotate: Settings. It works like a charm. Right away when I got it my screen rotated!!!

When you are at the homepage, look for the area at the top of your screen that says the time and battery level.

Swipe down from there. Look for the auto rotate icon, and set it to auto rotate.
