Tablet's power LED blinks only once and not turning ON.

I have a Chinese tablet and don't know the name of Mfgr. It has Allwinner A10 chipset, 512MB, 4GB, 7" screen. The problem is that when I press the power button, the power LED blinks only once and gets turn off and tablet is not gettting ON. What could be the problem and how to solve it?

Could be a dead battery.
