Tabs won't work

I have an Acer Aspire E1-571.
A few problems if anyone can help me please?
1.The mouse scroll keeps disabling itself. I can get it to work each time I turn the computer on but have to do it everytime.
2. The menu that comes up when the mouse goes to the bottom right of the screen has stoped, now I have to click at the top right for it to appear.
3. Lastly, I can open several tabs when online but can only use the top one. It won't let me click on the others to use them, only the cross to close them.
Any advice much appreciated!

So now, the menu thing and the tabs are working. I haven't done anything to the computer.... is this normal?
