Tabtronik 16gb tablet

Hi anything I download will not save to my internal memory, it keeps saying insufficient memory when I try to download anything even though I still have 16gb left?? Any help would be good as I have 2 more as presents

It's a bad sign - one of my early tablets behaved that way and I never did sort it. Can you find a setting to allow you to save downloads straight to an external SD card?
