Alright, so im on a budget, and i need a new computer because my old amd laptop as quit on me, i plan on buying a computer with a VERY cheap budget of $100 and ALL it needs to be able to do is run fortnite at a STEADY 60 fps. I've looked at this https://www.ebay.com/itm/FAST-Dell-Optiplex-3010-Desktop-PC-Core-i5-3470-8GB-500GB-Windows-10-Home/312223735246?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160727114228%26meid%3D5f3a0f03c7954cfaabd04c708b456fac%26pid%3D100290%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D2%26mehot%3Dpp%26sd%3D312223735246%26itm%3D312223735246&_trksid=p2060778.c100290.m3507#viTabs_0

And i plan on buying it tommaro but what do you guys think? it has integrated graphics which i heard are garbage, but will it do me a solid 60 fps on fortnite even on the lowest settings?

ps. im not new to computer gaming, i know alot about specs but i've never really talked about integrated graphics except for the fact that there usually not good.

Issue is that the youtube comment stated "without record i get 26-30 fps", the OP was looking for a solid 60. Since video settings don't matter, the CPU would be the weak link, on low settings the video card effect on the frame rate is minimized.

Really it would be $100 wasted. Better to keep that $100 add another $100 in the future and get something that has a chance of working well with games. Even a kid without a job should be able to gather another $100 through birthdays, doing chores for people, babysitting, etc... My 13 yr old got together over $200 in maybe 1.5 months of babysitting.

Yes, but a GT 1030 will still perform better. Some can probably endure, wait, and save but some need to play. Finding quick temporary solutions could be helpful instead of absolutely nothing at all.

I would suggest minimum GTX 780 or 780ti used. I Used to have a 780 which i buy for about 80 euros, if you live in usa i would bet 780 is even cheaper used, probably around 70usd. I have great performance with these, 200 fps capped when not in populated area and minimum 100 fps (if more populated). Im getting some below 100 fps drops but that is probably cause of my cpu and ram. These things are overclocking beasts compared to 10 nvidia series also. Im beating 1060 hands down with any of these. This is just my opinion since 60fps isnt enough for me, i want 100fps minimum for good gameplay.
