I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PHONE NO SERVICE NOR SIGNAL.. I CAN'T SEND NOR RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES. my PHONE IS STILL NEW UNDER INSURANCE NOT WORKING CAN'T CALL OUT MISS CALLS AND IT KEEPS POWERING OFF AND ON I ALSO TRIED TO POWER IT OFF WAIT 30 SECS POWER ON STILL NOT RESPONDING.. data, SERVICE DON'T WORK CAN'T USE INTERNET.. I NEED A NEW PHONE NOT A USE ONE TILL Y'ALL fix IT.. I REFUSE TO HAVE A PHONE WHEN BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS SINCE ITS BEEN BACK ON UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE.. PLEASE CREDIT MY PHONE FOR THE TIMES I COULDNT USE IT STILL CAN'T USE MY PHONE..
