Question TCL 32 inch ruku tv satellite issue

I just bought a 32 TCL inch tv for my kitchen. I have Dish Network and it is tv 2 with coax cable only. I connected to my tv and the satellite does work, but every few minutes it blinks out and makes a noise and then comes right back. It is very annoying. Any suggestions?

If you can test the DISH box with another TV that will tell you that the problem is a defective TV.

I did and didn't have that issue, but it wasn't a smart tv so was making sure there wasn't something there
