Question TCL Flat Screen A/V RCA Input is not a Standard RCA Connection is there a smaller one that Works?

Trying to connect a DVR to a TCL Flat Screen TV and the RCA on the Rear does not Accept a "Standard" RCA Connector. Replace to a New TCL TV but the Female Connection is Blocked by the Plastic Back of TV to allow it to Slid In Place? Any Suggestions or Is there a New Version on the RCA Connector that will Fit and Work?

Found out though the User Manual Shows Standard "RCA" Connectors but It Requires a Special Adapter from a RCA Female to 3.5MM Male to make the Connection to make the Connection with a Male RCA Connector. Seems No Standards Just lets make everything Smaller! Oh Well. (Too Much Change!)
