Question Tcl series 6 65" and ps1/2

So I've purchased levelhikes ps1/2 hdmi converter. The first time around I got picture but it would fit out. So he being awesome sent me a new one express for free and didn't even ask for a return of the old. Now I got it and am getting the same issue so I'm wondering if the tv is the issue. This is supposed to take 240 and 480 and turn them into 720. Powering on consoles gives me black screens with occasional times where it comes in fine as well as when I show the channel and output status it rapidly flashes between 0x0 and 720p.


Any ideas? This is my first 4k tv btw

I did solve the problem for future reference and recommend this company levelhike for anyone doing the same. Still curious about the second hdmi not working

as an update the device wasn't the issue it was the hdmi. Works in all 3 other slots and other items work in the slot that the adapter doesn't work in. Great customer service
