Technics Stereo Cassette Deck RS-AZ7

I have been using the Technics RS-AZ7 for years, and have found it to be one of the best machines I've ever owned. Unfortunately the recording head has been damaged. Can anyone tell me where it is available either in the UK or Dubai?

Honestly, with products that have been discontinued I'd check out ebay or call the manufacturer directly(I'm not sure if they're still in business). I did find a manual of the unit in case you needed it:
