What antivirus? What website?

Are you sure that the website source is a legitimate AV manufacturer?

What specific problem? Did you download and read the installation instructions?

Any error codes, warnings, pop-up windows?

Hi bantisawan -- agreed that more info would be very helpful, especially which AV you are installing and why the installation is failing. Also, do you currently have another AV actively monitoring your system? (this can cause issues)
