the bass in the left is weak

i have buy the arctic 3 of steelseries and the left speaker has a weakerbass and sound from the right....the think is that i try to another device such us tablet and phone but the same in anoying because you cant hear music and relax what can i do?

If it's a new set, there shouldn't be anything physically wrong with it to cause weaker bass response in one side over another. You've not changed any balance settings, have you?

Try it across several other devices and see if the issue persists. If it does, return it for a replacement set.

You bought this new, I assume? If you've already tried it with other audio devices and nothing has changed, take it back if it can be. If you are provided a replacement, I would test it out in the store before leaving to ensure they are working as expected.
