The best business 17" laptop under $1500

So, I'm trying to find the best business laptop under $1500 with a 17" screen. So far, I've owned XPS 17 laptop, and it was so amazing, until I accidentally left it outside a few days ago for like 5 mins, but it started raining and the laptop died. I went to Dell website and found out that XPS 17" line is no longer in production, just 13 and 15 inch, that totally ruined my day, but nvm. Are there any good XPS 17 replacements, which have all the features of XPS 17, like backlit keyboard, HD webcam, fast processor, 1TB HDD, plus at least one free M.2 slot for an SSD upgrade? I prefer Dell, but feel free to recommend any manufacturer.
