The best laptop for architecture (3d modelling, rendering, cad programs)

Hi!
I've entered the faculty of arhitecture and I'm looking for the laptop that will satisfy my needs. Unfortunately, I don't have any knowledge in this area, so I'd appreciate if you could give me some advice.

Photoshop, Rendering, auto cad, 3d modeling

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
At least 4 years

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
basic.just CD and DVD reader.

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
HP, Asus, Dell, Toshiba

13. What country do you live in?

Before i can help how demanding are these applications? I don't know how they are and if they are quite demanding laptop's don't cut it most of the time although there are a few that will but are alot of money
