kazaalite 2.0.2 is good, but they've disabled the participation hacking.

I've sort of found a work around though.

Connect to kazaa. Don't download anything, and set all your upload restrictions to be very lenient (unlimited bandwidth 10+ connections etc).

Let it run for a while and let your rating go waaaay up.

Go into regedit and export the

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kazaa]
"LastSearchHash"=hexbig bunch of numbers here)

key to a file. This is your user rating. Turn your normal uploading limits back on, and download whatever you want. When your rating goes to hell again, just import the saved registry entry

not sure either, that's a new one.. i just sign onto kazaa and download what ever the hell i want... i also have SHUT OFF all Uploading from my machine..

nobody every gets anything from me..

i have been useing Kazaalite 1.7.2
and it works good for me,
a popup here and there thats all

for the pop up thing... i get zero.. if you have your internet explorer security settings and DISABLE scripting... i get no pops when searching, and also none when using kazaa... but this does have it's con.

when you disable scripting, some sites won't load, ex.. hotmail, or aol.com (i think) but all you do is enable it for that one moment, and when your done DISABLE it again. but it gets out basically all pop ups, i rarly get them

wow i uase mozilla and phoenix browsers and i rarely get pop-ups,and i dont have probs with most sites except m$ update page. they both even work faster than I.E.
