Where's anything of actual value? All the sleeve's are horribly overpriced. $15 for a sleeve that small? If you think that's a good price you must think Land Rovers's are cheap!
$100 for a keyboard with a stand? You're paying for the privilege of being screwed!
$60 for wireless internet that you will certainly use less than on your desktop or normal laptop? That's as bad as paying $30 for internet on a PDA.
I have a Verizon USB aircard for work, 5GB limit, I use less than 100mb a month on it and I use it a good deal. That's not worth the $70 it costs.
I paid $230 for my Dell mini 9 with BT and Webcam, how can any of you think these low tech crappy items are remotely worth these prices? An entire functional computer for $230, how does that not put price into perspective?
Prices in this country keep going up because consumers no longer have any idea of value. They see SALE and think it's gotta be the best price cause the company telling them this says so.
"One day only sale with no downpayment, get in the car of your dreams this Sunday!" Wow, maybe I should go buy a new car, that's just a fantastic deal!
Companies will keep charging higher prices on everything until we consumers say it's too much, but nobody seems to realize that anymore. "Oh it's only another 10 bucks a month for unlimited texting, that's not so bad." How dumb do you have to be to actually believe that's a good value?
The general population needs to be educated on how much things cost to produce, market, ship, and stock, they'd be absolutely shocked at home much stuff is marked up beyond what a reasonable profit should be. Think Belkin cables, or dare I say it, Monster cables. "Yep that gold plated optical cable is the best you can get." Uhoh, I'm gonna get kicked out of Radio Shack again....
