The blue power lights are blinking on my acer as well. I've tried everything that people have posted with no luck

Hi, I have an acer laptop. It worked fine last night and today will not turn on. The power light flashes blue 5 times when pressed. I've unplugged the charger taken out the battery held down the power button 45sec. Still nothing after I replaced the battery and tried again. Nor when both battery and charger were both back on the laptop. I'm needing some assistance please

Bad power brick is my best guess. Or bad power jack on the laptop.
