Solved! The computer and galaxy s4 couldn't format my sd card?

Hi.my galaxy s4 automatically was up to date.then my memory card was locked!!!!
After that I mounted again ,it showed this massage that you have to format it.
I choose format .but my phone showed that you can remove safely the sd card.what should I do now.
I want to reuse the sd card normally and run again.please help me.

It's best to remove the card from the phone and buy a carrier to make it possible to slave it to a PC or laptop. That way, you can try to rescue any lost data and then to format the card to a FAT system.

The carrier is just like a full size SdCard and you slip the micro SdCard into it. They are fairly cheap to buy and they always come in useful to back up the data to a PC every so often.
