Searching for a unique and special gift for the digital artist in your life? We've put together a set of five must-have gifts that any creative person would enjoy. Whether the individual is an illustrator, graphic designer or musician, there is something for everyone in our digital artist holiday gift guide.

Wacom Cintiq 22HD touch pen display - 1699.99
The Wacom Cintiq is one of the best gifts you can give to the professional (or hobbyist) artist in your life. This 22” inch tablet gives a natural pen-on-screen feel in a compact, slim design. The screen, combined with the stylus, has the sort of resistance 'tooth' that imitates high-quality drawing paper. It’s the sort of gift that makes you say ‘I love you, and want you to succeed’. If the price of the 22HD version makes you balk, there’s also a 13-inch version of the same tablet for half the price.

Huion Artist Glove - 8.99
Sometimes it’s not just the hardware that makes a great gift, sometimes it’s the accessories. This artist glove is made of lycra and nylon, giving you comfort while also protecting your artwork and tablet from oils and other gunk.

Art Starts with a Line: A creative and interactive guide to the art of line drawing - 13.99
Part guide, part philosophy, all reference. Art Starts with a Line is a great book for those wanting to up their line art illustration game or just needs a refresher.

Samsung T5 Portable SSD 250GB - 129.99
This drive is one of the fastest external storage platforms on the market, and in a stylish and minimal package to boot! If you know a digital artist who needs his or her data at all times and needs it fast, this is the perfect drive for that person's needs. The lack of moving parts means your data will be secure and less prone to crashes or drive failures.

Sensu Artist Brush/Stylus - 14.99
The Sensu Artist Brush is made with advanced hair technology that creates spring and responsiveness, giving the feel of real painting. The brush is great for creative applications across digital media and for use by kids, adults, artists and graphic professionals alike. The handle is constructed of well-balanced anodized aluminum and comes in a variety of colors.

Laptop Under Budget suggests The Microsoft Surface series for digital artists, though I found them to be more annoying than useful:

Wacom's are pretty standard, but can be expensive. For the younger artists in the family, I found the Samsung Tab series gets the job done.
