I’ve own and use 120hz and 144hz screens. I can barely tell the difference between 120hz and 60hz myself. I cannot tell the difference between 144hz and 120.hz I absolutely can tell the difference in picture quality watching content that was filmed and streamed in dolby vision vs hdr 10. For me dolby vision support is much more important than 144hz. better HDR and contrast is what is going to steer my purchasing choices, not higher refresh rates.

If you don't factor in that Samsung crippled the S95B with firmware updates, then you don't really understand the product you're recommending. Neither did you mention the QD-OLED Rtings burn in controversy, something that affected one of your very own writers with his gaming monitor. LG is much more reliable, especially as a gaming TV.
