The lights are off

I was chatting with my husband ,and suddenly my screen went black again, second time now. But i cannot put on anymore, no lights are working..and i cannot find battery , it is Acer Aspire V5_132

That's a pretty recent laptop, did you try Acer support already? Try unplugging it from wall power, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, plug it in again and see if it turns on.
