I just read about this somewhere else and they said it was a flash drive... but I mean perhaps they just ASSUMED it was a flash drive. Is there anyone that can confirm exactly whether or not it is a flashdrive.

I believe this is the point that needs to be settled...

If this came with a USB extension cable it would be something I would use nearly daily. Taking a quick jot on a notepad is nice but I need to transfer the note to my PC later for record keeping purposes. They are advertising to the wrong crowd. This would be huge for places with record everything requirements.

reading the engrish statement, I'm assuming that it does have some memory on it, plus a note pad. for writing to the person "whom you miss"

There is a USB key inside there, according to Soon-Won (and many other) websites. Granted it's a goofy device, but it DOES have storage memory in it.

I remember during my college days of a website my classmate told me about. It was a parody site for computer gadgets that were non-existant. Pretty much a Tom's parody website in my eyes. Anyway I remember seeing on it a George Foreman USB grill.

Even a George Foreman USB grill would be more useful than this paper notepad usb attachment.

The ironic thing was is that same site led to an actual gadget which was the usb digital photo frame. Which has now been marketed as a memory card photo frame hehe.

Who knows with a little ingenuity and modifcation this paper notepad usb attachment could evolve too.....into a coffee cup holder? *scratches head*

depending on the port, usually it's the male USB plug that breaks first.
They should create this device with a wired USB cable.

It is to write Korean on a pad, that get's translated to digital info on the screen. They more easily would have installed a touchscreen, and used a pen to write on the screen.

I expected it to at least copy your notes onto the PC or something... and not even a USB storage... wow...
"this gadget is fit... for the pit!"

You could get usb extension cable... I heard apple sells them for $39.99 a piece. Quite useful product at a very affordable price. Cough.
